Superior Garage Door Repair

Great experience. My garage door was crooked and needed repair. Jayson was able to come visit me within 3 hours on a Sunday. Had a great set of tools and materials to get the job done within an hours time. Highly recommend.

Nick came over within 45 minutes of my call. And not only fixed the broken hinge on one side of the garage door, but recommended the other side be fixed as well. This is the best the garage door has worked in quite a long. AND, he got my garage door opener working!!! I haven't had a "clicker" for a year. when my garage door spring broke, I called Superior Garage door. A technician came out, he gave me a price to replace my springs. ($1280.) It seemed like a lot of money but he said he had to redo my system. I said go ahead. He finished the job in just a little over 2 hours. It worked fine. I signed the receipt and paid him. He stated he would email me the receipt. Well I guess I was stupid, but later that day I looked at the receipt he emailed me. I expected that they would inflate most of the parts, but when I examined the receipt I could not believe it. Everything was very inflated. the striking example was for the 2 seven foot cables on each end were $189 for the pair. Garage door cables everywhere I looked ran from $10-$20 dollars. Other items on the receipt, I thought were way our of line. I called and talked to several people at Superior Garage door. They claimed they only use the highest quality materials. They also said the technician also worked very hard on my door. Well I guess I was stupid and they also felt I am stupid. Don't call Superior garage. If you do, make sure you check the prices and get other estimates. Don't get price gouged.

Prices are very high. To replace 1 garage spring. $250 just for labor which was about 45 minutes. $90 just to lube a few parts. $170 for end bearing plates which I am not sure were even bad. You can buy on Amazon for $15. Total cost $745 for a spring replacement. WOW!!! And then they are looking for a tip! Add on 11/21 : Then Jacob ask you to call him, so I did, and he never returned my call. So why even ask me to call you?

Jon was very professional. He surveyed the damage and gave me an honest estimate. Was very customer friendly with any questions I had in regards to maintaining my door and anything else I was curious about. Definitely recommend. Repaired right on site after the quote.
